- 12 lamb forequarter chops
- 20ml oil
- 1 4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 4 cup soy sauce
- 1 4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups massel beef stock
- water to moisten
The Instruction of marinated forequarter lamb chops
- trim excess fat from the chops
- in a large stove top frying pan or an electric fry pan brown chops in a little oil
- in a mixing bowl combine sauces and stock pour mixture over the chops and reduce the heat to a fast simmer cover and cook for 1 5 2 hours turn chops occasionally to baste with sauce continue cooking to reduce the sauce to a thick consistency
- add more water if needed this will keep the chops moist and create a thick sauce for serving
