  • 100g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free horseradish cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley leaves

  • preheat oven to 190u00b0c toss potatoes with oil salt and pepper on a baking tray and roast for 20 25 minutes until cooked

  • place the green beans red onion and halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl
